CNC Operating & Programming 

Understand main features and working parts of GNC machine and accessories that can be used.

> Identify and obtain job specifications from valid sources like Operational drawings, blue print, approved sketches / illustrations, and identify raw material, measuring and cutting tools and their calibration, dimensions, limits and tolerances, surface finish, shapes, Understand types of measurements and dimensions like lengths, depths, flatness, surface finish, squareness, parallelism, hole size/fit, angles, recesses, thread fit, runout and roundness,

  • Preparation of work areas for turning (OD,ID) facing. grooving, threading, drilling, boring and tapping) practicing with line programming &simulation.

  • Load and unload the components using predetermined fixtures or work holding devises and measure the critical parameters of machined component after trial run. Correct the offsets.

VMC OPERATOR TURNING & PROGRAMMING 

  • List main features and working parts of the VMC.

  • Identify tools and accessories used in VMC machining.
    Preparation of work areas for Face milling, Side milling, Pocket milling,

  • Drilling tapping boring cycle programming.

  • Load and unload the components using predetermined fixtures or work holding devises and measure the critical

parameters of machined component after trial run. Correct the offsets.

  • Preparation Of New part development.

DRAUGHTSMAN MECHANIC

  • Carry out preparations for making 2D mechanical drawings.

  •  Make new drawings and modify 2D mechanical drawings using CAD system.

  • Draughtsman Practices/ methods using detail drawing, sub-assembly drawings, installation drawings, exploded views /drawings, CAD software standards, national / International standards, codes of practice, customer standards / requirements, following different types of drawings layers for detaining dimensions/geometrical tolerances, elevation/plan/side/sectional and details views,

ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY 

  • Describe basic fundamentals of electricity and circuits.

  • Illustrate current and voltage distribution in series and parallel circuits.

  • List the tools, measuring instruments, equipment and electrical components required during assembling work.

  • Describe specification and operation of various electrical machines used in various industries.

  • Describe functioning of electrical panel and control circuits.

  • Describe functioning and use of various electrical components such as MCB's, relay, contractor, fuse etc. used in machine, control panels and electrical circuits.

  • Repairing house hold utensils like Fan.iron Box,Washing Machines, Ovens& Electrical wiring sample.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

  •  Perform picking, packaging, labelling, kitting and binning activities at the warehouse

  • Execute safe loading and unloading of goods at the warehouse

  • Comply to workplace integrity, ethical and regulatory practices

  • Manage workplace for safe and healthy work environment by following and ensuring compliance to regulatory and safety norms

  • Demonstrate safe segregation, grading, storage, temperature control, and movement of goods in a cold storage warehouse for perishable goods

  • Execute goods sorting, storage, picking, inventory counting and movement of goods in a FMCG warchouse

  •  Perform safe storage, packaging, palletisation and process improvement activities in an automotive warehouse

  • Perform cargo handling, volume/weight measurement, pest control, spillage control and equipment operations in a dry bulk

  • warehouse Inspect invoices for correct application of GST.
